We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or return is necessary. This policy outlines our refund and return procedures to ensure a fair and transparent process for all parties.

- Charting and analysis software subscriptions 

This refund policy does not apply to all of the products and services offered by Spear Trading. 

3. Refund Eligibility & Timeframes

3.1 Standard Refund Window 

Spear Trading offers a 2-day refund window from the date of purchase for most products and services. To be eligible for a refund within this period, the following conditions must be met: 

The refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase date. 

The purchase must not fall under the non-refundable categories listed in Section 5. 

 

3.2 Extended Refund Window 

In certain circumstances, Spear Trading may grant an extended 30-day refund window. This applies to: 

Annual subscription plans purchased for the first time. 

Premium trading course bundles valued over $500. 

Corporate or institutional licensing agreements, subject to separate contract terms. 

 

3.3 Partial Refunds 

Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations: 

Subscription cancellations after the standard refund window but within the first billing cycle a prorated refund for unused days may be provided. Not guaranteed.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow the steps below.

Contact our Support Team via email at [email protected]. Include the following information in your request:
-Full name

-Registered email address
-Order or transaction ID
-Product or service name
-Date of purchase

- Reason for refund request. 

Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. 

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. 

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following products and services are non-refundable under all circumstances: 

- Live trading signals and alerts once delivered or accessed. 

- Completed webinars, live sessions, or workshops that have already taken place. 

- Downloaded or accessed digital content including e-books, PDF guides, and video recordings. 

- One-time consultation or advisory session fees once the session has been conducted. 

- Promotional or heavily discounted purchases (30% or more discount applied). 

- Subscription fees for months already billed and partially or fully consumed. 

- Chargebacks and disputed transactions (please contact us directly before filing a dispute with your bank)

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Subscription Cancellations 

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation: 

- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. 

- No further charges will be made after cancellation. 

Refunds for unused portions of the current billing period are subject to the refund eligibility terms in Section 3. 

 

6.2 Course or Program Cancellations 

Cancellations for trading courses or programs must be submitted in writing to our support team. Refund eligibility is based on the percentage of content accessed at the time of cancellation, as outlined in Section 3. 

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage clients to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with Spear Trading may result in: 

- Immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to all services. 

- Being placed on a restricted list, preventing future purchases. 

- Potential legal action to recover the disputed amount plus fees.

8. Refunds Due to Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent access to a purchased product or service, Spear Trading will work diligently to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe (typically 72 hours), a full refund will be issued regardless of the standard refund window. Please report all technical issues promptly to our support team at [email protected]. 

 

9. Trading Performance Disclaimer

Please note that refund eligibility is not based on trading performance or results. Spear Trading does not guarantee specific trading outcomes, profits, or returns. Purchasing a product or service and subsequently experiencing trading losses does not qualify as grounds for a refund. All trading involves risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results. 

10. Policy Changes

Spear Trading reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically. If significant changes occur, we will notify users via:

- Updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this page
