By accessing or using SPEAR Trading’s website, services, coaching, educational content, digital or subscription products (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you will not be able to use our Services.
1. Nature of Services
SPEAR Trading provides:
• Trading education
• Market insights and volatility trading signals
• Coaching sessions and group discussions
SPEAR Trading does not provide financial advice, investment advisory services, or brokerage services. We are not a prop firm and do not manage funds on behalf of clients.
2. Trading Risk Disclosure
Trading financial markets involves significant risk.
• All trades are taken at your own risk
• Past results does not guarantee future outcomes
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and results
• SPEAR Trading is not liable for any losses incurred
Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
3. User Responsibility
By using our Services, you confirm that:
• You understand the basics of trading platforms (MT5 / DerivGO)
• You understand lot sizes and risk management
• You take full responsibility for executing any trade
SPEAR Trading is not responsible for execution errors, platform issues, or user mistakes.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
• Subscription fees are billed as stated at checkout
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (Stripe)
• Subscription access is granted only while payments remain active
• Failure to pay may result in loss of access without notice
Refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated before 24 hours period.
5. Coaching Sessions
• Coaching sessions are educational only
• No guaranteed results or profits are promised
• Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited
6. Signal Use & Confidentiality
• Trading signals are for paying VIP members only
• Sharing, copying, or redistributing signals to non VIP members is strictly prohibited
• Violations may result in immediate removal without refund
7. Community Conduct
Users must:
• Act respectfully in group spaces
• Avoid spam, harassment, or promotional content
• Follow group rules and admin instructions
SPEAR Trading reserves the right to remove users who disrupt the community.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, signals, branding, materials, and educational resources are the property of SPEAR Trading and may not be copied, resold, or distributed without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
SPEAR Trading, its owners, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
• Trading losses
• Missed opportunities
• Technical issues
• User errors
Use of our Services is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
10. Change to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
